Trauma Release Program

$360.00

Release of past traumatic experiences is performed with a combination of Bilateral Hemispheric Stimulation and hypnotic trance. During hypnosis, the mind is more active and open. With the use of relaxation, guided imagery, and supportive hypnotic suggestions, the hypnotherapist may help shift your feelings or beliefs to better manage certain symptoms of trauma. Symptoms such as distressing flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks, and sudden fits of rage are caused by triggers and reactivate traumatic memories of the experience. Hypnotherapy can help you process and “refile,” so to speak, the traumatic memory safely, thus helping reduce your PTSD symptoms. We do this process in a series of three sessions.

For you to succeed, you need to follow the instructions of the hypnotist, complete all assignments that are given, such as, doing self-hypnosis at home, changing routine, or monitoring attitude changes.  Finally, you must actively participate in achieving the outcome you desire.
